Dr. Tyler Titus, LPC (they/them)
FOUNDER AND CHAIR
Dr. Titus is the sole founder of Compton’s Table and serves as the board Chair. They began the nonprofit upon seeing the rates of suicide among queer youth in the United States. Dr. Titus has their Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies, a Masters in Community Counseling, and their Doctorate of Social Work. They have over 16 years of experience advocacy work. They have served as Vice-Chair of PA’s Commission of LGBTQ Affairs, Erie City School Board President, and Erie City Councilor.
In 2017, they made history as the first openly trans-identifying person to be elected in public office in Pennsylvania. Today, Dr. Titus owns and runs their own private therapy practice located in Erie, Pennsylvania. Savannah Jakubowski (she/her)
CO-VICE CHAIR
Savannah, a passionate advocate for queer rights, serves on the board of Compton's Table, where she leverages her personal experiences and professional skills to enhance support for queer and gender-expansive individuals. As a queer woman familiar with the challenges faced in both urban and rural settings, Savannah is committed to expanding the organization’s reach into underserved areas, focusing on education and direct aid. Her background as an educator and event planner enriches her efforts to foster empathy and inclusivity across conservative communities. Active in the Pennsylvania Equality Project and pivotal events like the Pride Read In, Savannah’s work actively combats discrimination and strengthens community ties, aligning closely with the mission of Compton’s Table.Savannah's initiatives focus on equipping rural queer youth with the resources and confidence needed to thrive in their own environments. With a keen eye for inclusivity, she works diligently to ensure that Compton’s Table’s programs are accessible and relevant to all, particularly those in remote areas where such resources are most lacking.

Christina Salvia (she/her)
SECRETARY
Ms. Salvia serves as the Secretary of Compton's Table. As an educator with a Bachelor of Science in English Secondary Education and a Master of Science in Secondary Education Pedagogy, she is deeply committed to fostering inclusive environments both in the classroom and within the community. Ms. Salvia's advocacy extends beyond academic settings, as she passionately supports queer rights and encourages everyone around her to embrace their true selves.
Since joining the Compton’s Table board in July 2022, Ms. Salvia has been instrumental in planning and executing several key initiatives. She serves as a facilitator for the True North program, where she helps equip queer youth and young adults with essential life skills. Additionally, Ms. Salvia has taken a lead role in organizing the annual Back to School Macy's Event, successfully coordinating efforts to provide queer youth with gender-affirming clothing and supplies. Her dynamic leadership continues to have a profound impact on the organization, helping to expand its reach and deepen its community engagement.

Mr. Erick Greiner (he/him)
TREASURER
Erick is a young accountant born and raised in the outskirts of Erie PA. He obtained his bachelor's in Accounting and a minor in Sustainability Leadership in 2016 from Penn State Behrend. He has worked in accounting since he was 15, helping with his family’s CPA firm. He has worked for public accounting, non-profits, and for profits proving his diverse accounting skill set. He has also worked in a lot of other industries which has shaped him to be a sensible, kind, and humble human being. He is a firm believer that his personal and professional life has led him to the fulfillment he has in life have today. Erick wants to be help Compton’s be the support he needed growing up queer so no one feels forgotten.

Dr. Courtney Lang (she/they)
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Lang is a Strategic Communication, Corporate Education, and Business Development Professional. Dr. Lang spent over two decades teaching strategic communication and research analytics at the university level. She believes community, care, and compassion are our strengths. The majority of her work as a corporate education consultant is in service to these principles. Dr. Lang’s work has been published by esteemed organizations such at the Vanderbilt University Peabody College and the Organization for Autism Research. Her civic activities include empathy workshops, executive coaching, and expansive education for inclusion of all people in social and political discourse. She is passionate about Erie, Pennsylvania and all of its glorious people, places, and animals.

Gabe Genua (he/they)
BOARD MEMBER
Mr. Genua is a dedicated Compton’s Table board member and has been serving on the board since June 2022. He has an undeniable passion for advocacy. Mr. Genua grew up queer in Central Pennsylvania, and their personal experiences have motivated them to work within and advocate for the community. You may know them from some of their public speaking around Erie. Mr. Genua is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work from PennWest Edinboro. They are in the Erie Reader’s Class of 2023 40 under 40 list. Gabe has a passion for community health and advocacy.

Dalen Michael (he/they/zi)
BOARD MEMBER
Dalen Michael is an advocate and fighter living in Erie, PA. They currently work as the Clinical Care Director of Central Outreach Erie, where he has worked for 7 years. He has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and 12 years in the Nonprofit industry. Dalen is the co-founder of Pittsburgh Pride Group and a founding board member of True T Pittsburgh. Zir a Legend in Ballroom and an Overseer in the Iconic House of Ebony. They serve on many nonprofit boards, including: Compton’s Table, Erie Black Wall Street, Trans Uniting, and MMLB. Dalen is a recipient of the Her Power award as an acknowledged Humanitarian. They joined the Compton’s Table Board of Directors in 2022, and continue to create a positive atmosphere and bring excellent ideas to the table.

Dr. Shraddha Prabhu (she/her)
BOARD MEMBER
Dr. Shraddha Prabhu joined the board in July of 2023. She is invested in creating healthy societies where individuals, families, and communities thrive. As an Assistant Professor at PennWest University in the Department of Social Work, her teaching and scholarship focus on issues related to intersectionality, diversity, inequity, and trauma exposure and factors promoting resiliency.
Through her clinical work she strives to provide access to anti-oppressive, trauma-specific treatment. Her advocacy efforts focus on centering the voices and experiences of those who are faced with marginalization and continues to lead the fight for equity. -
Gwen Elaine (she/her)
BOARD MEMBER
Gwen Elaine is an artist and musician living in Erie, PA. She has had a passion for community organizing and queer advocacy since she left her home in southern middle Tennessee to pursue a studio art degree at Allegheny College. After graduating, she moved to Erie where she founded Erie Trans Picnics and joined the Compton’s Table board in June of 2022. She manages and runs Compton’s Table’s monthly Open Mic Night. Gwen is an innovative thinker and always amazes the Compton’s Team with her knowledge and musical skills.

Mulnah Dovat (they/them)
BOARD MEMBER
Since moving to Erie, Mulnah has worked to establish their roots in the city and was quickly enamored by its interconnected nature. Their passion for community development has grown through volunteering for nonprofits like Compton's Table and partaking in the various activities found in the city. Mulnah strives to use their diverse experiences to help those who make up Erie's vibrant communities and advocate for their needs

Anna (she/her)
BOARD MEMBER
Anna, a driven community activist with a bachelor's degree in Social Work, joined the Compton's Table board in May 2023. Her enthusiasm and commitment to social justice have made her a valuable asset to the organization. As a facilitator for the True North program, Anna has been instrumental in providing essential support and guidance to queer youth, empowering them with the skills they need to navigate adulthood successfully.
In addition to her role with True North, Anna is a visible and active representative of Compton's Table at various community events throughout the year. Her ability to connect with people and advocate effectively for the organization's mission helps raise awareness and garner support for the critical services Compton's Table provides. Her background in social work enriches her approach, enabling her to address the complex needs of the community with empathy and professionalism.
